J. Loving & Company, CPAs provides an entire array of value added services to its clients. Among those services are:

CFO Services: In today’s world, having a Chief Financial Officer who can utilize his or her experience to strategically assist a business is critically important. Most businesses, however, do not need a full-time CFO, nor can they afford one. J. Loving & Company can utilize our experience to serve as your CFO on a part-time basis. In this role, we are able to assist companies with business strategy, budgeting and forecasting, banking, audit preparation, tax compliance, deal structuring, and financing. These services may be provided on a regular recurring basis, such as one or two days per week, a few days per month or on an ad hoc basis.

In addition, one of the key roles that we often fill is as a sounding board and confidant to the President or CEO of the company. All too frequently, small and growing organizations have one leader and that person often lacks someone with whom they can have open and frank discussions about their business and solicit unbiased feedback on their vision, plans, strategies and goals.  With our experience, financial acumen and extensive network, we are able assist business leaders as they navigate through short-term and long-term changes.

Controller Services: J. Loving & Company specializes in providing accounting and bookkeeping services to clients in an array of industries. We are able to assist clients with their daily accounting, financial and tax needs with an eye toward monthly, quarterly and annual reporting.

Special Projects: J. Loving & Company is available to perform a wide array of special accounting and finance projects. Such projects may include accounting and financial due diligence for acquisitions, "emergency" accounting projects, assessment and creation of budgets and projections, policies, procedures and efficiencies assessments, and CEO strategy sessions.

Tax Preparation:  J. Loving & Company does not presently offer tax preparation services; however, we have relationships with a number of tax preparers in the area, ranging from some of the largest firms in the world to sole practitioners. As a result, we often serve as a tax liaison to help gather and sort financial information to help identify tax issues, and to insure that the tax preparers are efficient and accurate in their work, minimizing the cost to our clients. In addition, we can recommend tax preparers whose experience, integrity, skill and cost align well with any company’s needs.
